Seaside Settlement

I have a small settlement named Seaside Settlement in 61, -116. I am planning on leaving it and if anyone would like to take over it or scavenge from it then you are free to. The keys and the bond can be found in the chest right in front of the village idol. I hope who ever takes it enjoys it as much as I have, good luck.
