It's the Moot, a place to discuss what's going on in the game and the people doing it. Maybe a question in "Help" would be a better place to ask "Why and how was I banned from realm chat?"

To answer that question without the larpy response: realms are ran by players and can be ran however those players wish.

just use another chat, the developer doesn't care about it
well, if you are not happy with this, just stop donating them

My experience with that realm's chat hasn't exactly been... uplifting. Ignore it or get away from it if you can.
