Nice starter claim up for grabs

I left my claim/village and moved to a new continent. I took most of the good stuff (natch) but there's still a lot there, great for a noob wanting a head start: decent crops, three-level mine, a few animals (hurry before they run out of food). Nice ocean front property complete with knarr dock! Also includes summer home to the east, with it's own dock AND snekkja! PLUS! an "Arboretum" with one of every tree and bush in the hearthland! All this includes the claim bonds and an insane number of keys (I didn't know you could use the same key on multiple locks, sorry). If you're interested, respond here and I'll tell you the coordinates. I don't want anything in return, I would just hate to see the animals starve and the place destroyed by raiders

oh, and the mine is loaded with stockpiles of ore (mostly chalcopyrite)
