Well its rather suspicious. Could be some alt account that wants to find people to raid/kill. Sadly its common in this game
Of course, always that may not be the case, most posts are probably legitimate and truly made by new players.

'New' being subjective.

I doubt a true new player wouldn't need a market for at least a month (depending on how actively they play) and would likely post a question or two in the forums beforehand.

Doesn't mean it can't happen though.
