Hermitage expanding

Hey all. I got a nice little hermitage which i'am maintaining solo for roughly a month now. Have everything required to start building something bigger together: Basic 4-smelter metallurgic industry, wide range of crops on farm, decent hunting gear. Ideally seeing this as an agglomeration of smaller claims co-operating to raise qualities and develop some cool projects!
