Extreme Acts Of Bravery (a tale from Salem)

Postby Valten21 » Thu Dec 20, 2012 8:27 pm

Here's an old post I made on the Salem sub forum back at beta release, it's a grand story and I don't see why it should remain hidden from wanting eyes on the sub forum.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"my son, step forth into the new world.... and spread the name of god"

Our intrepid hero began his journey in the new world by stepping foot into Boston filled to the chest with zealous pride of his glorious religion. But alas, something was amiss... Boston was full of faggots! These that were supposed to be his brother, commit sin's against thy lords name?!? Our hero fled into the woods, as far from Boston as possible, falling to knee's and praying to god for an answer....

Image

Send pras to god and he will answer the questions which need be answering -

Image

Our hero had received his answer, and knew what he must do... He trained hard in the wilderlands in order for his body to become a tool of his gods will.

Image

When at last he was ready, in one last attempt to save his bretheren, he warned them of their fate!

Image

But alas, to corrupted by the seed of unconditional love, our hero was left with no choice other then to smite down those who would rather live in sin then in a life time of servitude to God's will!

Satisfied with his work for the day, our hero retires to the Bostom claim where he has found he cannot smite heathens, thus hopes he cannot be smitten himself for smiting heathens. He considers the possibility he may be smitten for smiting, and decides to pray far off the east coast levitating above the ocean currents.

Pras be the lord!

At last a true challenge for the champion of the pvp! This vile heathen had attacked one the most dedicated missionaries to walk the new world, who also happened to be a dear friend of mine... I would not sit idly so long as this monstrosity lurked the wilderlands. I tracked this fiend back to his layer and called him out to a sanctioned duel, but alas, such fiends have no honor and I was met in full force by the entire den's populace!

Me and my brothers in arms raised arms and fought the good fight - the battle waged on for quite some time, exchanging blows, and running around waiting for yellow bile and blood to regenerate! Nearing the end of the fight I found myself low on food, but the champion and chosen of god feared not, he strode towards a lit fire within the den and began cooking dear meat - in the middle of the fray! The vilest of heathens himself thought to take advantage of my culinary practices, he bull rushed forward at me hitting me in the back! Our hero stood firm and finished his meat, turned around and bestowed upon the vile heathen the wrath of gods divine will... But he fought valiant, and no heathen could fight so bravely, so I allowed him a chance to repent which he accepted then we became pals and ate deer together.

You forgot to post the part where you blacked out while trespassing and got stuck there until a server reset.

Also no one cared when you posted this in the alpha forum 8 months ago back when the game was somewhat interesting.

What makes you think anyone is going to care now that the game is a stale piece of trash that no one pays any attention to?
