Where exactly are Jorb and Loftar in the Hearthlands?

Do they live in one of the big villages and commonly interact with others, or have they made small settlements far from civilization and just make appearances for special events or something?

jorb's "I'm gonna play like a normal person" character was raided by the polish, he uses his "I'm a god character named Jorb with a white beard and hair" when he attends parties and does god-like things.
