I wanna go to the West, away from human beings, and imply that this game is not an MMORPG but just another way to have that zen feel of living all alone. Solitude, that's it.
What do you think about this fellas? Would it never come true or i have some chance? Or should i pick another direction?

Not a chance in this world unless they expanded the map to the size of world 3, mate.

I've seen many pockets of untamed wilderness in world 3 that were the size of a supergrid. I remember stumbling across an active hermit settlement in the middle of a grassland in one of these virtually untouched areas and thinking "Hey, that looks like it might be kind of cool to have an entire area to yourself." But I don't think that's for me, really. I enjoy company too much.

Well it's not like i'm going to spend too much time here anyway. I just want to be more or less safe. But does it mean that there are no any areas which are at least not that over-populated? I remember me playing at the second "world" and it was pretty comfortable there, there was plenty of free space. I started playing soon after the last wipe and i now the place where my hearth fire is looks like some sort of a megapolis for me.

I've got a 8 minimap large lake near the edge of the world all to my village and we rarely see anybody. The people we do see went up the ladder or are fleeing from raiders. They usually join us too. It's nice, safe, and there's little conflict.

Won't work unless he does actually retreat to a secluded section of the world.

Building in a cave in the mainland is not going to keep you hidden in w4 due to cave mining, if you understand.

well, you can dig yourself into a mine, then knock out some support spots so the only one who can get in and out its you, all you need is a lot of Wine, or tobacco.

Sorry i don't know much about modern HnH, but you mean, that players can operate caves as if it's their own house? Like build a bed and stuff?
