Jorb and Loftar, can you tell us when the map resets?

I would think they will automatically declaim the land. Also, items are being reset so that several hacks to them can be implemented correctly, and item quality can be introduced. They have stated they will give clear warning of the impending world ending.

So since Items will be cleared, when the new world is here, swarms of naked Hearthians will swarm out from New Brodgar in a scramble to find clothing?

you'll probably start the new map with clothing, just as you did in this map.

Technically, people don't start with clothing. They have to get the clothes out of the chest in the character creation room. It is quite possible that our old characters will not start in that room, since we won't actually be creating them. Instead, we may simply spawn at the RoB, no items or anything.

If that is the case, I suspect Jorb and Loftar will be sitting by the RoB for a while, giving out free clothes.

I'm praying to god that Jorb and Loftar let us keep our inventory items...

I slaved away for AGES making a metal saw, a mining pick, a bow and quiver full of arrows (50 arrows, 35 are bone, the rest stone!), 5 loaves of bread, a militia sword and a few other bits and pieces.

I'd be so upset if I started with all that gone, it'd be horrible :c I thought they were going to let us keep our equipment and our inventory...

I'm slightly disappointed with this too, because I might just be one of the only people in the game that still has the old leather armor that had 300 hp. I have two or three of them, unused.

I used to have 4 of them. They were in Jorbs old camp. Plus the fruit-tastic pink cape. I also kept a few pieces of the old meat that is now uncookable.
