presumably the exploit where you had a character with yeomanry start a claim post and then an alt or someone without yeomanry finish it. whoever finished it was the claim owner.

He means previously your main could put the sign post to build a claim, and an alt without yeomanry could finish the claim and it would register as theirs.

The OP is suggesting that is not now possible.
