Why Steal this junk?

Postby MarineElite » Fri Apr 01, 2011 12:15 am

Why do people steal such useless junk. For example a crate of worms/glass/tree parts got stolen while a crate of fish is right next to it.
aside from the most basic items to get nothing else was stolen. But why in the world would someone travel all the way to my cabin and steal a crate of useless junk?

New folks probably. They see a box, they run off with it giggling.

Otherwise, someone just needed a crate and was nice enough not to empty and steal the one full of useful stuff.

Some poeple have for politic to greif everything around so they have no concurence, the thing they don4t get is that it just make it a lot harder for them, but i guess everyone have to learn by itself.

But as other say most probably they just grap it and run out of fear.

Its like the boat stealers, they don4t even look inside, i have some guys steal my boat and left more valuable stuff in the boat they abandonned than the one they took, sometime its the opposite, its quiet funny. About the boat stealers i have a small proposition, as any boat you should be able to name and/or put the crafter mark on it, so that you could retreive the boat stealers and give them a good lesson, as it is now you have no way to do anything but watch for them grabing your boat and sailing away. Honestly i would go for them as i hate having greifer in my SG, but ye you are helpless as it is now. Or maybe put an anchor option or something so that grabing boat isn4t that easy.

I don't know about you but I don't like taking long trips to the "local" beach.
