The ants - What species are they? (Opinion topic)

Postby Jacob_Lee » Wed May 11, 2011 4:44 pm

What kind of species do you think the ants are?

I, personally, think they are driver ants. They are one of the few ants that can kill humans without using a severe allergic reaction, and they move at only 60 meters/hour when they are moving hives, which is rather fast for them.
Of course, the answer "generic ant" is acceptable.

don't suppose 'piss ant' would be a valid choice.

I don't know many ants that have large, human sized ant hills that don't live in places like Australia, or Africa especially. So even with the forest ecosystem, I'd still say they seem like they'd be one of those
