fucking troll skins, how do they work?

It too a week to dry my two troll skins... A WEEK! And now when trying to tan it, it will not pass 4 %. It seems that 4% to a troll skin is the same as 92% to normal leather, meaning it takes 23 times (I think I did that right) as long to tan troll skins as it does normal leather...

Is it worth it, or should I just shred the skin for string?

It was only a L1 troll, so the skin is no better than bear.

Ok, that means tanning the troll skin will take slightly more than one week IRL to complete, and if the area the tub is in gets unloaded anytime before the week is up, due to a server crash or simply nobody being around, it will go right back to 4%.
