What is this? New Wild Ent?

I just created a new alt to start farming and while traveling to my village's location I saw something new. I've never seen this before but I couldn't interact with it (looks creepy by the way). It moved really slow and I tried to block it with my char but it just moved right through me. Does anyone know what to do with this or is it like the other ents that do nothing?
