I think he means that he wants them to put more role-play aspects into the game (most-likely via storyline and plot). All this you can do on your own and set up an RP village if you wish.

I am more worried about you hanging out in these forums. Since you already requested people to be nice you probably know how harsh it can get here sometimes. Not really the best environment for a 10 year old...
