Well, not to change the topic too much here, but actually I was under the impression too a mod had to add it. Maybe Loftar changed it finally, dunno. Don't think a mod had anything to do with this since I moved the thread to the proper forum and the poll was already there.

It would be interesting to have some comments on this topic. I am going to be starting up a new roleplay settlement soon, and apply the lessons I learned from trying (and failing) to manage the previous one.
