Why I hate going to the dentist

I dislike going to the dentist because even though I have had my braces removed I still have to visit them once every month or two! Its so frustrating! Just going to the dentist for a little check up and they are like "All good" whilst it costs £6,000 a year for this crap! I hate the fact sometimes I have to wake up at 9am, call a taxi, get ready blah blah blah and then go to the dentist and it takes less then 5 minutes to do a check up and I am out again. I takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back! And takes 5 minutes to do a check up?

And I can not stop this pile of poop because my parents want me to have regular check ups, it sucks! HARD! Don't get me wrong the staff are friendly and nice and they do put in the effort to pretend to take an interest in me to make me feel welcome and special even though I don't but that shit but psychologically it feels nice and comforting which sometimes makes me feel like I am living a lie because they probably really don't care as much but are told to smile and be nice but might be stressed or something.

True story: My dentist said that because the town I grew up in had so much Fluoride in the water system that I would never get cavities. And I haven't.
