What happen to H&H?

Postby BlitzKrieger » Tue Dec 25, 2012 12:48 am

I played this game religious a while back, it seemed to be 500+ people on the server all day, but i see only 50-60 people on now just checking back for old times sake. What happened to all the players? Did some new fancy thing come about?

There is an error in the code that is causing unplayable levels of lag for most people. Until it is fixed the game will continue to stagnate. =)

My apologies. No one knows, to be honest. Last I'd heard from loftar the software necessary to root the bug out just plain didn't exist yet. You could theoretically brute force it but that takes oogles of time that the devs just don't have.

At least it appears loftar cares, just doesn't have the time. Ashame because I think Haven and Hearth has amazing potential. Not sure why this game was not brought to commercial status instead of salem. Considering I have spent the last 3 days trying to find a "fun" alternative game to keep me busy on christmas break, and at this point I'm willing to pay money for a commericial version.

Loftar and jorb decided to make a shitty game instead.
