New Player Here, just found the game

Postby Grelko » Mon Jan 28, 2013 5:37 am

Does anyone even still play this game? I just started a couple days ago and havent seen anyone actually playing, just a few sleeping. I've found many places that look as if there was a major war going on and theres barely any clay around.

Anyways, if you're still playing, I have a small section near 1 of the bigger clay areas, stop by sometime

Bob dole would like to let you know that this game is not being developed anymore, and the lagg is more than game play, that would be the reason nones playing it. The game was abandoned for some silly game, don't remember the name. Bob dole knows it starts with an S and ends in an M. Oh, bob dole remembers, its called scrotum. If you want more info google it.

All of the evil left this game. Now it's just lag.

Some people still play. I suggest joining a village or something. Check Dwarves & Thieves. This game is less than 5% of its population 2 years ago. The devs quit developing this game, and many people started playing another game they made called Salem (which sucks by the way). Don't play it. It is full of griefers. At least most of the faggots who went around griefing people in this game left. If you can handle the lag, then you should be fine.

good to hear theres atleast a few people who still play, i thought i was the lone survivor after an apocalypse or something lol. Basically all i have so far is a fence around my place and going out "procuring the essential necessities for the good of the community" err looting from the mangled farms ive come across. so its more like having a seed bank to start the world over. the lag is pretty horrible, rubberbanding, all out freezing up for a minute or 2 at a time, but ive played worse lol. Way back on Neverwinter Nights there was a server on its last leg that crashed almost every 30 mins.

I'll explore around and try to find a village, at the moment, im a bit north/east across the clay desert of i think Balthazaar's Manor? im slowly building up a minature supply depot for people wandering through.

I was looking for a good crafting game, and it came down to either this or Vantage again, and Vantage wouldnt work after Chris's last update, so ill be here a while.

Hi, be welcome and enjoy the game. :D If you are able to stand against the lag it is still a beautiful game.

If you are going to keep on taking stuff from abandoned villages you might want to consider making an alternative toon for that use, because there is still people playing that collect scents and kill-summon.

Late world HnH is one of the best experiences any game can offer. Old decaying ruins to explore, free crafted goods and plenty of food and seed abandoned on old farming fields. If you can pick it up, then take it.

Have you located where you spawned on the world map?

Welcome to Haven and Hearth, what I can suggest you do is 1st build a vault and 2nd get your stats up. Once you get your stats you can maybe try and bring the trading community of Haven and Hearth back to life. Become a warrior and let no one in front of your path. - Topaz

well, I just found the link to the world map. I think it might be the biggest map I've ever come across in a game so far. Might I add, WOW at having to use Google Map to make the map for this. Might take me a little time to find my location on it to get the coordinates. Spent over an hour walking in one direction just to find trees and abandoned farms lol. Ya, ill definately be playing this for a while to come, there must be a TON of things to explore on here and I'm just barely getting started.

Day 4..... where do you live....by some trees, clay, and a river....good luck lol this is awesome
