Advice on recuriting

Anyone have any advice on identifying griefers from genuine people who want to play?

Im trying a certain system but I dont want to risk having people slip through the cracks.. any advice?

Read all their posts in the forum and make a separate area for the recruits then after a month or so if they are ok transfer them to your main village.

I am looking at there forum accounts + asking for details about ages and hobbies and things. after this I get them to add me on Skype and me and a few members will talk with them, if on voice chat even better. Then we have a area sectioned off for all the main guys like me, which no new players can access. Then when they show their worth in a few weeks we will give them access.

Does this sound like a thorough process.

There is absolutely no way to be 100% certain. The isolated recruiting village can be helpful but also very annoying to the recruited one.

pahahah very true, ive grown up from this but ive probably done something similar in the past!! LOL

Basically theres no safe ways and we should just look up all the noobies in caves and mine forever with bear meat only MWHAHAA
