It's not limited to the 25 top. There are thousands more and any dictionary attack will go through them quite quickly. If you make your pass that stupid you probably deserve to be trolled.

The point of the article is that those were the 25 most common found after a recent attack on Adobe, thus making them the 25 worst. I'm sure they could have listed the 1000 most common and had a good list, but nobody makes a "top 1000" list.

The person using a dictionary attack does care. I have a list of 10k most common passwords I use when I try to crack passwordd.

Np. For passwords im certainly not perfect but at least mine are really weird and not on the list. I have different levels of security and separate things with harder passwords for things like my email and other things I need more security for. Other stuff I recycle more when ill have no monetary or security loss if guessed, but they are still weird.
