Simple, just post the most delicious thing you can think of/how to make something nice

Right now I'm eating something every poor man should know how to make, rice

I chopped up half an onion (used the other half for guacamole) threw it in the skillet to sizzle and get a sexy oniony flavor before throwing a little bit of sliced up lunchmeat (ham)

Let that go a minute or five then threw some rice in, and dumped eggs overtop, voila, awesome filling rice crap I have for like.. the next few days

What's your favorite shit to make?

p.s. good with sriracha (rooster sauce), soy sauce or both

beat beans (at least that's what we call it over here)

can of beans (or a cup of boiled beans)
half a shallot
2 spoons of water if you use canned beans else 2 spoons of the water the beans we're boiled in
optional some condiment (oregano, basil, thyme... all work really just don't put too much in)
2 spoons of oil
half a spoon of lemon juice or something sour (vinegar)
salt and cheyenne powder to taste
Ok
mash your beans till its a paste, add shallots and 2 water spoons, condiments, lemon juice and mix then gradually add the oil and keep mixing until everything is homogenized.
Easy to make meal, tasty and contains everything the body needs :P
Bon apetit!

It is definitely reminiscent of asian fried rice but with a more breakfasty feel, I love it.

A few dollars and a hint of shame and you've got yourself some McDonalds. I love that one.

I can't say I have a single favorite food. It all depends on mood and season. But with summer here I enjoy a nice fresh salad.

Chop broccoli into bite sized florettes.
thinly sliced red onion
olives (black or green it depends on on preference)
dice fresh tomatoes
chopped nuts ( I prefer walnuts)
a small portion of cheese such as Mozzarella, shredded works best
If I'm having it as a meal I finely chop some pepperoni.
I top it with a light Italian dressing but any dressing will work. Just be sure if you use a creamy one it wont last as long if you have left overs.

Its one of those light dishes that go well with warm days and can easily be adjusted to whatever size you need. :)

cold noodle, best meal ever in hot summer
Image

~noodle, veges&co.~
noodle
cucumber
ham
eggs
tomatoes

~soup~
fish or chicken broth 3 tablespoons & 1 teaspoon (50 cc)
sugar 2 tablespoons
vinegar 3 tablespoons
soy sauce 2 tablespoons (if you have a choice, use "koikuchi")
sesame oil 2~3 teaspoons
ground sesame
(ground ginger if you like)

1. mix all soup materials and stir well. keep it cold.
2. boil noodle accordingly, wash it with cold water and drain(squeeze) water well. (i love using "somen" or "hiyamugi" but "ramen" or "reimen" noodle is commonly used. super-thin pasta like fedelini would do too.)
3. make shredded omelet with 1 or 2 eggs and a bit of sugar. (cook some very thin omelets, cut into thin strips.)
4. cut cucumber and ham into thin strips.
5. decorate cucumber, ham, eggs, some fresh tomatoes on top of the cold noodle, pour the cold soup onto it before serving.

for variations
-add some mayonnaise for mayonnaise lovers, mustard for mustard lovers, on the plate before serving.
-add some broad bean chili in soup if you like it spicy hot. (normal chili or tabasco may work but ive never tried them.)
-sprouts, alfalfa, some lettuce and seaweed is nice to add too.
-sliced boiled eggs instead of shredded omelet works if you are lazy, but tastes a lot different.
-instead of ham, tuna or some steamed chicken meat go well too. some may prefer boiled shrimps.
-shredded nori (toasted laver/seaweed) makes it even more professional if you can obtain it where you live.
-i personally love adding ume-boshi (pickled japanese plum) on top of it.

the pic above is taken from internet just for an image, and doesnt use sesame, but imo ground sesame is a must.
