Farewell

Postby venatorvenator » Sat Jan 31, 2015 1:34 am

Well mates and non-mates, I'm taking a break from the game until further notice due to rl demands and the merciless reality of space-time. This is to, firstly, let whoever cares know that longfeather (Lugdunon) will be managing Malachite City. If you want to discuss politics or recruitment you should write him directly (except those whose applications I'm still reviewing).

But this is also my note of gratitude to everyone who has helped the village and the people in it in some way. Special thanks to Emerald for letting us live there in the first place and for being so awesome throughout, and to Ramones for keeping an eye on things. I don't think I need to list everyone else, you know I know who you are, many thanks.

Raiders, also thanks for respecting the village and not attacking us, that's appreciated. I hope you can continue not killing my villagers.
Hermitages I was supporting, I left a farewell gift for you. I don't know your forum names but if you do read this post go check it out.

Everyone else, thanks for the good moments, the funny runestones, the random encounters, and the good times.

Malachite people, I will still be hovering over your bed while you sleep and posting weird stuff on chat groups.

PS: I was never able to finish (or even start) my haven monument project, so here it is, do whatever you want with it. I actually planned thicker walls but it's not easy to do that in ms paint.

I wish you luck in all endeavors in life and in virtual worlds.

You and I have seen lots of crazy things this world...and hopefully you can return or meet with me again in the next.

Bob dole knows not who you are, remind us please.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
