Faces: How much of a shit do we give?

Various bits and pieces of face can be arbitrarily meshed together into various types of troglodyte. Do we care?

It will not make the shadow of a pixel of a difference on your player object, but the avatar would look kewler (or more retarded).

It wouldn't be too hard to add, I think.
