Latest server crash

Dear dev team,

Latest server crash my character got rolled back about 1 minute. This is not an issue for me where it not that right before the crash occured I took the village's keyring for our palisade gates and went off chopping wood. Now the server is back up, my character's inventory does not contain the keyring anymore, nor is it in the cupboard i took it from. It basicly disappeared. Again not an issue where it not it was the only keyring we had containing 7 palisade gate keys and we didnt have duplicates. This was sheduled for tomorrow as we only recently claimed an iron mine thx to the recent supergrid expansion.

Please advise dev team ?

Thats not really advise now is it. I just cant understand when there is a rollback, this appearantly doesnt affect the cupboards (objects), only inventory (character) or am I missing something here?

It was a crash. Sometimes things just go wrong during a crash. I doubt it was an intentional rollback. Your keys are gone. Sorry to say, but they are.

Heres real advise. The devs have never, and most likely will never give items back that are lost after a rollback (which is what just happened).

Rollbacks happen because of dataloss when a crash happens. Sometimes, some info can be recovered... Sometimes not...

Ok I'll rephrase:

I advise you to restart.

Its my honest advise, whadda ya want to do then when your locked out/in?

when it is lp or items..afterall ok.
But a palisade with a mine inside and no more keys...isn't a little too much <<'..? Not so easy have it back in game.

Things like this is why my #1 H+H rule is Never put your keys down. Ever.


Either it gets lost, or stolen.

Yah we have that rule aswell. But they were in my inventory. Rollback caused me to spawn inside house instead of forest, so i'm guessing 1min rollback, no more keys in cupboard, nor in inventory... go figure
