cant find it atm, but theres a thread called "laketown blahblah and recruiting" or something, theres a map. were east of the RoB, which is down right in game (isometric view) and right on the minimap.

Someone did make a map overlay application and most settlements were added to it, however the thread has since been lost and the link was not added to the wiki.

Sorry, I'm at work so I can't log in for another 6 hours or so.

If you hang around long enough you should see someone who can show you the ropes. We don't generally give out keys for the first while (because once they're out, it's pretty easy to copy them and much griefing ensues) and mine & vault keys are even slower to gain access to.
