Did not see you first message, but even then. Its hard to take something like this serious ... when you give no information about yourself that indicates that you know what it take to do something like that.

So you want some serious info.

Only think I can think of is.
- Try to Join one of those "free game" development groups. Preferably one that is older than at least two or tree years. (size don't really matter i think, although I would tryout in both a small group and a big one.)

Like for example: "UFO:Alien Invasion" or "VegaStrike" to name two.
I was going to add "Xenocide" but ... it seems like its going the way of most other free projecs. "2010.08.19 Xenocide development suspended"

Your target would be to learn what it takes to keep a long turn project a float. (Especially important if you can't do the grunt of the coding.)

+ on a personal note: Considering the way you in general react when your confronted with negatives responses ... Making this "join a existing project" even more important.

Are you an ~idea man~ or do you have something to contribute to your project?

I can model and animate, and I'm doing my best to learn programming at the moment.

Meh, im not so much always touchy when confronted with negative stuff, but I've been working the whole past night, I think thats more it :P
As of now I have another Modeler who can program a bit, an artist, a 2D artist and a texturer. Since past saturday. I think if I get some more programmers, I'll 'be my own free game development group, but thanks.

From the first glance on your site it seems like you want to reimplement EVE Online + Dust expansion.

Suggestion:
Start smaller.

Another thing about size:
There is really no need to go for different planets (esp. in case you want FPS style client).
Earth for example is quite big, and contains enough diverse areas so 8 billion people are able to exist there.
So one planet is already way enough space for some thousand online users.

Another addendum:
Start with building small, rough and ugly prototypes covering the various parts of gameplay and test if it is actually FUN to interact with them.
