Anyways... Was a nice event. And as "farmville" it may be, served a practical purpose as well - hunger modifier close to zero.

yes it was some nice feast and welcome party. i especially wish to thank L0ck, who did most of the organisation of that event - great job.

we also ritually spilled blood on the ground to honor the gods and shortly after the first drink was down, the sparring began, so it seems the ancient viking spirit was with us

also jorb honored us with his appearance and spawned some eagles as you can see on some of the pics.

all in all it was a great party and certainly brought us closer to being a real community, regardedless of being a veteran or a new member of sodom.

I don't know how you actually meant that, so just for the record: I don't think that's a bad thing at all. I admit I haven't played Farmville, but from what little I know of it, its problem isn't with what it has, but rather with what it lacks. Having cute and harmless mechanics doesn't detract from the more hardcore aspects of Haven; if anything, it rather enhances them by giving them a stark contrast.

Jorb also blessed the party with some nice music!

That was actually not Jorb. That happens whenever you hold a large enough feast (IIRC, 5 or more participating tables around one fire).
