>Quality of forageable items depends on soil quality. q=(survival+soil)/2.

This was true for w3 as well.

there's a mine support beam in build>construction. So mines may collapse... probably kill the miner as well.

It's already stated that you can only mine on spaces that the radius of a support beam reach.

Considering they have metal in the icon, and when they're built, and regular mine supports are built with metal because a pillar of wood can't hold up a cave...

On an unrelated note, I am a proud member of the Church of Sabinate. Gib monies and don't get repotted!

Yeah, but, to build a mine supporter, you need metal. To get metal, you need to mine. But mining without a supporter is deadly...

Kinda weird. Old mine supports were just heavy, wide boards wedged against the ceiling or a wall with a beam holding them steady. No metal required.

It appears to be that something changed with the water.
I've walked in several directions for around 30 minutes (from my HF) and no water found. I could be just unlucky though.
How does magnets work?

Before server wipe there was system message saying something like:
"The waters are changing"

"and some mumbo jumbo about water level"
