The Mysterious Boat Bandits!

My boat got jacked today and for some reason they took they skeleton I found in the forest and 2 empty wicker baskets.

It happend to me... ONe second there my boat, the next boat is gone, cupboard destroyed and skins stolen

someone took my boat, too. there seems to be alot of boat stealings here. except i was asleep at the time.

Yeah, people are kinda assholes with the stealing. I've had 2 boats jacked, one while I was out foraging and the second from my own land in a drive-by boat snatching while I was working on a fence. Pretty shitty.

I built two boats near someone else's hearth fire since I wanted to fish there, and I also made a boat construction so they could finish it if the boats disappeared and they didn't have the skill. The boat at the shore disappeared quick, but the one that was slightly on dry land remained. I'd built another boat by a closer river and left it there for convenience, but it was gone by the time I stopped by my settlement and returned.

There are 6 boats in my settlement, and I think our guys stole some of them... I just... why? To what end? It's not like boats are a particularly rare and valuable resource...

No we didn't steal them. They were abandoned.
