Why should I restart again? I mean, if the Admins plans another map update after 3 months, I'll lose everything again?

That's a nonsense

1) Everything you do gives you LP- you get to keep the LP.
2) Most everything you do gives you inventory items. You get to keep your items.
3) To be sure, the whole game is pointless. Why spend hours in game at all? Because it's fun. It's a game. The prospect of maybe ending up not playing forever does not detract from the fun.

Granted, you still might want to delay your architectural megaprojects until the new map. =p

On another note, whatever happened to the Ragnarok party? I was promised a party, and I want mah party dammit! If the exact date is not certain, clearly the logical solution is to hold weekly beer festivals where everyone gets hammered within an inch of their lives and then start an enormous drunken tavern fight (with lots of high level casualties... Ah, lovely lovely black FEP).

We can pretty confidentially guess that the end of the world will occur this weekend or the next. Start brewing.
Surprise.
