I would like to see a donation incentive, like a forum token for people who donate $15 or maybe $10 every month.

should be some inconsequential bonuses for donators to 'purchase', like hair change ingame etc. nothing that affects gameplay, just pixel crack.

H&H merchandising! Imagine a figure of a hearthling on your desk, or a mug with the image of loftar printed in it xD I would pay for that.
