Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

If someone says something is theirs, and they have the authority to take it from you, It's theirs. Theres nothing you can do, and until you can do something, you ought to leave them alone. Honestly I doubt Overtyped could give less of a shit about the forest, unless you were cutting Every damn thing down.

sorry but i have no sympathy for people who:

don't follow the rules (see rule #2 http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13216)
think that anyone gives a shit if they quit when there are 1200+ people online every day and the server is struggling under the load
thinks that they have suffered an insurmountable loss when their 8 hour old character dies
