After 3 month you delete the unused accounts. You can put that 5 month later, the account is deleted.
To be sure to let players play, you put the max user to 1500 also if server can handle 1000.

So a perfect server is 1000 users.
Around 100 or 200 or more are unused account that are waiting deleting.
1200 are the real users playing, the server is more than average.

If you mean the Users Online, one can look the max and minium users connected and choise that the server can have 3000 users. Around 1000 connected per hour.
Like we can see now. And when all 3000 user connect for some unsense coincidence, simply the server will lag a lot. Honesly, i'm used to know that people need to sleep. There are around two hours where users reach theyr top number. You put that number like a Top.

That's all.

Edit:
About Amateur or Amatorial, it is funny. In Italian: Amatoriale = Amateur. Amatore= Amatorial. So it is a trick.
Edited the first post.

Users (player base) and online players are not the same thing. This game can do well with 400000 users while only 300 of them are online and playing.

Right now it's not the server that needs fixing/improving, it's the actual game.

The servers can handle 1000 players, the hardware/software is just faulty right now.

I think the internet connection is the problem. What bandwidth does the server have? Is there any post where we can learn about the server specs? If they are kept secret i will ask no more 8-)

He has thus far betrayed us, he is really Jorb's evil spy who finds bugs before everyone else so only a minimum of people get a bug cloak.
