No matter how often you mine...the % of chance will remain the same each tile you mine.

I take it that trolls spawn just like usual creatures, but on mined/underground tiles? The odds of getting one to spawn in your area would slightly increase with every mined tile if that is the case.

No, I think its you mine the tile and theres a chance that mining it causes a troll to spawn. Thats what its sounded like in every thread about trolls

It varies based on the quality of the troll, but in most topics its about a 50% chance.
