Not too keen on the face and I'll never understand (this isn't Urkerval's fault, beeteedubs) the stereotypical presentation of women in mail that fits to their breasts. It's so weird!

By the way, do you use an electronic drawing pad, or do you draw them and scan onto the computer?

I usually draw by intuos4 pad. The drawings made by hands then transferred into Photoshop are better quality like:
