Yeah im about to build myself a house and get yeothingie to claim the land at least that should give me a scent after that i plan on a stockade/palisade.
That should at least slow down anyone trying to steal / grief.

Honestly i found the sytem way more interesting that in w4, but i certainly wouldn'"t say it is more newbie friendly.
Its quiet hard in fact to understand and not make mistake during your learning curve now. Last mistake i made is having someone else take the bear hide from the drying rack, so now i have to go kill an other bear just so i access the bear cape crafting icone. I find this anti intuitive in fact and people playing for the first time especially without an up to date wiki must have a hard job understanding the game.
But the overall system is just fantastic i think, and that is the only real critic i have over it.
