So let me get this straight, World 3 style gameplay with GM like staffers? What will be legal and not legal in this game compared to hnh?

Nah, just the three Devs.

And maybe a fourth since none of us are going to do the Mac and Linux versions.

But the fourth won't have admin powers.

Pretty much just bots and such will be illegal in Stiveland compared to H&H.
