I recall seeing the news yesterday, it wasn't the news peice itself that got my attention, it was the little news bar at the bottom. What it said was that "the obama administration was still debating on whether or not to show the American people the photos of osama's body and BURIAL AT SEA." well I thought that in his case, burial at sea meant basically; "this fucker? Screw it, just throw him over board, it's not like any one is gonna care and he definetly won't, lol."

Daily Star/Mail are basically UK versions of BATBOY FOUND IN ATTIC tabloids. You realize this, right?

They're directly sourcing from Wiki Leak articles. Many other online news sites have similar stories.

You know what will happen if there really is a dirty bomb somewhere? The Daily Fail will be able to publish the headline 'Al Qaida Causes Cancer'. Other things that they have claimed as causes of cancer include beer, blowjobs, Facebook, pizza and wifi. Do we really care what they have to say?

Also, it would seem to be a damn sight easier for terrorists to do some serious damage to London and the surrounding area by going and jumping up and down on the wreck of the SS Richard Montgomery rather than fiddling around with importing second hand uranium or spent fuel or something. Apparently someone already used this as the plot of a novel so I'm not giving anyone any new ideas here (in case any terrorists are reading this: Dear Terrorists, please do not attempt to blow up any wrecks, that one in particular is monitored very closely and you aren't likely to be able to get close to it anyway, thank you for your consideration).

A dirty bomb really isn't much more deadly than a regular bomb. The radioactive material would disperse within a relatively small area. Of course, the point is to frighten people. And radiation certainly does do that. Look at all the idiots on the West Coast who were freaking out about Japan.

I think the problem was that it would be difficult to find a country that would accept Bin Laden's remains (since hosting Osama's grave would be the equivalent to setting up a permanent tourist trap for terrorists). Plus, Islamic tradition requires that a body be buried within 24 hours.

Actually, America knew where he was all along. WikiLeaks recently leaked information on Osama, forcing the American's hand into action.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... a-out.html

Wikileaks may have triggered the killing of Osama Bin Laden, it was suggested last night.

For although the CIA has thought since September that he was in hiding in Abbottabad, special forces stormed his fortress only days after the website published new secret documents.

herpity derp herp. you think that when wiki leaked the info, it made them act, it couldnt possibly have anything to do with the fact that, once he was found the special forces spent a few days reconnitering the area, to plan their attack, and during this time, wiki posted that he had been found, and a few days later <after the recon>
they attacked.
standard military procedures ftw

and because you would most likely reply to this along the lines of.
thought since September that he was in hiding in Abbottabad, special forces stormed his fortress only days after the website published new secret documents.

america would obviously not say they had found him until after the raid, otherwise any spies he might have would just tell him to leg it

EDIT BECAUSE IM BORED AND DONT WANT TO DOUBLE POST:

Meanwhile, the government paid the pakistanis to keep quiet, kept eyes on his location, and kept him and the "hunt" alive so they had reason to stay in the country, forming a claim on their land/making trade bonds, so they could get to the oil.

ah yes... just like area 51 is real, the dinosaurs aren't extinct, transformers is a true story, we are all going to die next year, and let's not forget that al-qaeda is actually an american spec ops team to steal the middle easts oil. and the most important conspiracy of all time
