if this character is killed, all attackers gets their LP, LP modifier, and stats reduced SEVERELY.
(so you can't bypass this by having a throwaway character do the finishing blow)
FOR A MONTH.
THE ASSHOLE DESERVES IT.
disabled somehow if summoned by scent or the person committed a crime recently
5k lp to learn or whatever is good for hermits and people who aren't violent
reduction influenced by beliefs or int or charisma or something.
perhaps something that decreases offensive stats and capability
needs more stuff to ensure FAIR TRUE JUSTICE.
GET STABBED IN THE EYE WITH A BORING BLACK PEN.
