I don't think it's an actual game, just some proof of concept that russian botters were working on.

For some reason H&H attracts a ton of copycats who want to make the game into an even shittier grind than it already is.

Haven and Hearth breaks the mold in so many regards in the MMO world that it's inevitable. It basically says "Yeah this genre, this genre right here, it's fucking possible. Fuck what everyone else says". And it's fun as fuck, despite the current game version's faults, given it was updated constantly I'd do nothing but play HnH, all the time, just ...all the time.

Nah, it looks not so bad. If anything the main problem you're going to have here is that they are not really trying to make their own game that's similar to HnH but if you look they offer no difference or their own input as a creator, it's as if they started by simply trying to clone HnH.
