this forum isn't exactly the most russian friendly....

hell, i've heard of people refusing to trade with russians or killing them if they show up <_<
(ok i've only heard one guy worried about that, but it counts)

so I'm not suprised if most russians like to keep to their own forum

it is not about this forum being unfriendly to them in particular. (rather to everyone who is stupid enough.)
for many foreign players, it is a PITA to read English texts, and even more so when posting something.
some Japanese players do come here to check, but dont read much, dont post unless it is absolutely necessary, but most just keep to themselves on a 2chan thread or just dont talk at all.
most Korean players keep to their own forum where no oversea access is allowed, and some come here to check but hardly post unless its necessary, as far as i know.
same as Russian players, i believe. its just that they have more reasons to post for their community is bigger, and a few of those have given a real bad name to Russian players in general. and i think google translation makes a big fail time to time.

im equally mean to whoever makes idiotic enough posts (in content), russian or not.
(and i accept being shot down when i make idiotic post myself.)
