And the Nostalgia for us oldies.

It was the "Next Big Bioware Thing" once upon a time, after the Icewind Dale and Baldur's Gate series.

Sort of like Dragon Age's release... Without major Internet buzz.

Damn I hate this game. Movement is extremely slow if you're not running, but you have to hold shift to run and use arrow keys or wasd to move but you also have to use the mouse a lot. What the fuck is with that.

I played through the beginning so many fucking times because of dumb mistakes. You leave the oven on and the place catches on fire and I didn't know how to put it out so I just torched my self. Then this time I sat there and watched the oven but it still catches on fire but I figured out you can drag the woman out of the house. I tried to get her out but when I got to the stairs I started going down and she just vanished in to thin air. Don't really understand the whole soup deal.

Third time I said fuck it and didn't even make the soup and turned the oven off, but then when the bitch stops talking and it turns to night, some asshole with a shotgun comes to rob you and let's all these fucking zombies in the house too. So I'm sitting there with my hammer trying to fend them off but the combat system is extremely shitty and I ended up not hitting a couple for some unknown reason and died.

This game....ugh...

I don't know about you guys but I really enjoyed it :D

I went into the city, found a shotgun and some shells, slept/ate there for a bit, killed a guy wielding a shotgun in a supermarket, then I ran back to start my quests, killed a load of zombies, killed that prick with the shotgun by shooting him in his dick, and then I just got bored and tried torching places.

I'm going to buy it, this finished product will be very nice, I think.

I enjoyed the tech demo, in the sense that I like what they're aiming for. I'm not going to play it again until it's properly developed since it seems like the thing you could get burnt out on quite quickly.

Also their forum userbase is horrible.

That and the horrible optimism and "EVERYONE BE NICE TO EACH OTHER" attitude.

I...I just smothered my wife to death with a pillow.

I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'm going to go lie down.

Fucking faggots on the PZ forum had a thread about "I gave a pillow to my wife. She thanked me and told me she loved me."

I read this before playing. Once I started playing, I gave her the pillow, expecting a hug. She started to talk about something, so I chatted on msn for her to shut up... I came back and she wouldn't talk to me. I didn't understand why.

I went through this two times, and read what she said the third time. I nearly cried for what I'd put her through.
