"Elegor has returned with a bit of news on his tracking." The sound of Kana voice broken my concentration upon my research. I lowered the book to focus my gaze onto her. She sauntered over to the wooden table where I presided myself and placed a large piece of papers with a roughly drawn map of a region of the land, the worn edges indicating it was created during Elegor's ventures.
"Thank you Kana." The assistant smiles lightly to be before taking her. After her presence was gone, my attention was drawn back towards the map she left for me. Elegor was a great tracker but not the best of improvised artist as I barely was able to distinguish the land from water. Had I know studied the region maps before I would not have known that the squiggly lines were water. I studied the portion of the map for a good 3 minutes before reaching over the neatly assorted scrolls that were bundled on the shelf and unrolled a few of them. Combining and lining the regional maps together I search for the landmark that was indicated by Elegor's map. It was a land formation the shape of a sword which was odd as most land structures were rounded with a tip. It was because of that unusual land shape that she was able to pinpoint the location of where he had tracked to. It was a 4 hour distant from her home. That was quite a distance for raiders and they typically don't go off so far from their base of operation. How much did they devastate before reaching her home?
She lifted herself from the chair, coughing a few times in the process before making her way towards the village hall. At the village hall, the door was left slightly open. Perhaps Netoji was inside still but there were two voices arguing back and forth. That could only mean one thing: Alice and Radin was there and Netoji was not or else he would have sternly hush them. Those two were some of the best minds but with their different methods, they were always bickering in regards to whose idea was best. Even with the sound of the door opening and rapping against the hall wall, they were still in their heated debated and it wasn't urgent enough that I would need to hurt myself yelling at them followed by a coughing fit. Leaving them to each other, I continue to wander the village towards the training grounds. Netoji was often doing three things: planning in the village hall, eating (and by the gods, he can eat a LOT), and training.
((My apologies for the late writing as I had some in-game related problems surfaced but it should be taken care of now. I also apologize that I am writing this fairly late at night so unfortunate I could not add anything entirely vital to the story, mostly character developement.))
