Everyone with 5minutes over summer break in 6th grade does web design.

(at least HTML)

If you can use the BB code forum tags, you can do HTML.

Hey guys sorry I'm on my laptop right now so I can't post the Oblivion website, but you can check out the other website I made at stgames.hostwoot.com proof I made it is that in the HTML you'll see a comment (In green if your on firefox) near the top that says <!-- Yeah guys, its legit xD - DJ/Flareboy323 -->

So yeahhh just use that as an example of my skills I guess

lol, yeah, that's about what I expected.

Good luck. Although I doubt many villages will actually use your services, it'd be good practice for you.

HTML/css I'd argue is rather easy, only because I know how to do it myself. I've had offers to do it professionally but it's boring as fuck to me and my heart isn't in it, backend also to me is just a fucking blur, reading half the shit is so annoying.

I was pretty much screwed once it came to a proper login system, and purchases, I'm pretty much insecure about anything that can be screwed either way, and I doubt there is any perfect system that doesn't require a guy to make sure shit is working okay.

I did a little web design, but I got into server administration and that is what i do now. It is a lot more interesting than designing the page
