I would have to agree with Onionfighter, it is a must try if you collect them yourself! (Red clovers, I haven't tried Nettle) Also I've made a variety of pine needle tea's using just about any kind of pine needles I could.... I'm terrible with the names of trees but so far I would say.. the long broader needle's haven't been as bitter as shorter, solid needles. just grab a handful, place them in some water.. bring to a boil... needles go brown, and it's good to go!

earl grey sucks, i hate it. fuck bergamot forever. i like regular black tea (e.g. english breakfast), sometimes with some orange stuff, but usually plain. i also like any kind of chai. right now i have some white tea chai and a mate chai that i blended, it's pretty good but i suppose it barely qualifies as tea. oh and there was this cinnamon and cardamon stuff i had that was great. basically the spices that are in chai, without the tea.

oh and i like these for brewing: http://www.amazon.com/Finum-63-421-08-00-Goldton-Filters/dp/B001D07MCU/ref=sr_1_3?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1309269302&sr=1-3

I rarely drink hot tea unless it's winter. Any other day of the year it's all about Lipton Iced Tea, sweet. Mm mmm. Delicious.

I've never really drunk tea outside of a bag.
What are some beginning recommendations? (Something very pallatable for most, I wasn't too happy with tasting some sort of chai, at starbucks or some shit)

Some bacon, eggs and peas with a fancy cup of tea with no sugar and just ordinary tea leaves (Correct me if i spelled this wrong) make my day feel good.
Wakes me up pretty good in the morning and makes me refreshed for the whole day.

I only ever put cream and sugar in my tea once, it was good, but I like my tea plain. Also not too fond of tea with fruit flavors... but whatever, drink what you like. never heard of nettles as tea, ill have to look into it.
