Seconded. She invaded my beautiful city of Omaha! First Fred of Youtube infamy, now GaGa?! Can the culture in this state go any lower?! :(

Some now dead woman who was purportedly famous, for her music I think.
Whatever. All we gotta do now is bury her vacated carcass and wish her soul well. She's not our problem anymore.

So congrats to ya, Ms. Winehouse! It's a shame to see you go - and on such short notice - but hopefully you're in a better place.

Death's sad. And hers is no less. My condolences to her family, and may she rest in peace until the Last Day.

How do we know she's not in hell, being tortured for all eternity? I don't think she was a very good christian. I mean, According to Christianity, death is either a very good or a very bad thing, depending on where you go. It's not always worth celebrating.

edit: Yeah, I googled it, she was Jewish.

Anyways, back to the topic. I don't give a crap that she died. I didn't really like her or her music.

We don't. But I hope, as I do for all the dead, that she's in Heaven, in the healing, perfect bliss of God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and all the Angels and Saints. Her actions make me doubtful of this, and I certainly wouldn't recommend living as she did. Just the opposite. But I cannot judge whether she went to Hell nor to Heaven. To do that, I would need to know her mind, heart, and the demons she was fighting. I don't. Only God does for sure. Maybe she was fighting a losing battle mentally. How would I know?

All I can do for her is pray her soul has welcomed God's mercy with open arms. That, and live for God, His people, and their souls. And my own, naturally. ;)

I'm not gonna miss her music, either. 8-)
