The world's too big in my opinion, i miss the small
size of w2 with the lack of teleportation (other than
the log in at all the places you could warp to..) but
you'd walk across the world on these epic journeys
and arrive at a village, start your assault in the dark
of the night and destroy the brickwall with your pick
when no one's in earshot. Running in completely
unexpected was always just too great, now it's "YO!
WE'RE GOING TO RAID YOU IN 24 HOURS!! GET OUT
BEFORE THEN OR GET MORE GUYS THAN US TOGETHER
SO YOU WIN!" / building a ram

DEATH TO BRICKWALLS, TELEPORTING, AND THE
NIGHTVISION CLIENTS!!!

i think salem will probably appeal to you because it's doubtful paradox will allow third part programs like Ender's....

Big enough unless more people start playing, but I agree on the claim stake thing. They should eventually go away.

i've always though of you as "cool" :|

whatever happened to the days when people just talked to each other?

[edit] I liked it when the world was large as well, but for now, this size will do.

W3 was fucking humongous, you could go on for hours and hours (and more) in the outer reaches without seeing as soul. Seeing somebody was a great occurance in those days. It didnt help that the number of players capped at around 300 with unbearable lag either...

Many people from the outer grids, after some time, migrated towards the central grids.

But the hardcore hermits obviously loved 'the wild' and lonelyness of that world.

I myself prefer the more close cropped world, was one of the migrants towards the center.

I am fine with the world size, the issue is the PARANOIA! I swear, I cannot come across a single person who is just waiting to kill me, thinking that I will kill them. What happened to just talking with people? I mean, yeah, some people are willing to talk, but so many others...
