World Five is a shit show.

The curio system is cool though.

W5 is fine and dandy. I like it, and I like the Curio system. It's a welcome relief from the botting of W4, though the ability to level up alts easily is a real problem. Alt armies are increasing the amount of deadly combat at the higher end, but Vaults are preventing that deadly combat from having any real consequences.

I'm basically playing other games until W6.

Lol...

Man, this curio system drags the beginning part of the game forever... o.o" So started a day ago and usually by now I'd have a claim, house, and couple lvl10 skill values...

Instead, I'm still at leanto and random item stage. :?

From what people tell me, things start picking up later I suppose... newb life is painz even longer.

Early game is a bit longer, but also a lot less tedious. Beats the old building 100 fires to get skills going by a long shot.

Not sure if punching respawning ants at the first 30 minutes of the game was any more or less fun though. At least I wasn't stuck doing that instead of building a proper camp.

While the beginning of world 5 had a lot of potential, it quickly degenerated to bug-abuses with no loftar around at the moment.

An enemy will only fight if he believes he either has a chance to win, or you've backed him into a corner and he's fighting for his life. A completely crushing victory provides an enemy with neither.

Vaults, and really easily remade chars, are all that stand in the way of an awesome battle.
