it could be that its LP amount to quality ratio is different from others. maybe a bad comparison, but like with bear amulets. a q 66 one gives like 7 STR, whereas the q88 one only gives 8 points. but with spectacles the amount of quality to get another point towards the PER bonus is smaller. maybe is the same with some curios?
